about us

What We Offer

We offer individual, group, and relationship therapy and serve all ages.  Our therapists are trained in dialectical behavioral therapy, emotionally focused therapy, cognitive behavioral therapy, motivational interviewing, and acceptance and commitment therapy, among other modalities.

What We Believe In

We value learning as a lifelong endeavor: learning about our field as it changes and grows, learning about our clients and valuing their expertise, and learning about ourselves as therapists.   We value social justice and strive to be an anti-racist, anti-sexist, inclusive practice that is intentionally queer/kink/poly-friendly and sex-positive.

Our Name

The dragonfly is a symbol of transformation, growth, rebirth, and self-determination.

It may also be related to our founder’s deep love of the show Gilmore Girls.
